Our business is built on integrity, a high level of service and fair pricing. We strive to exceed our client’s expectations as a point of personal pride as well as on the hope that they will recommend our services.
We work hard to find the perfect fit between our client’s space and their personal tastes. This is accomplished by utilizing our own ever-changing inventory as well as rugs and antiques consigned to us by our extensive network of private clients.
While growing up in Kabul, Afghanistan rugs played an important part in Zia’s life. His father, who was an avid collector of rugs and antiques, had an extensive collection from his travels to neighboring countries. His mother came from a long line of rug traders in northern Afghanistan. Following the Soviet invasion, Zia lived in Delhi, India before ultimately deciding to begin a new life in the United States.
Zia has travelled extensively throughout Europe and Asia to search for rugs as well as to gain more knowledge about this ancient art. Over the last thirty years he has worked hard to build a network of interior designers and private clients with which to share his passion.
